By using the AlbertCRM.com service you are agreeing to be bound by the following policies, terms and conditions:


AlbertCRM is a (geniously simple) browser based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service. It is designed to assist you with your interactions with your customers, clients, and sales prospects.

Our preferred user base would be: salespeople, professionals, people working from home, and small companies.


We provide two plans as outlined in our pricing page:
- a Forever-Free plan.
- and the "Smart" plan which cost $7 USD per month.

The AlbertCRM service is fully functional on both plans. The Forever-Free plan has got a contact limit of 150 people — you can increase this limit by referring other users to a maximum of 250 contacts in your Forever-Free plan.

The Smart plan has got a contact limit of 10,000 contacts.

Payments can be made with any major credit card or with PayPal.

We reserve the right to change the monthly subscription cost for NEW customers at any time. HOWEVER once you are on the Smart plan, we will never increase the price on you as we will not increase the price for existing customers.
i.e. If you get subscribe at the $7/month price you will never get a price increase as long as your subscription remains active.

As our Forever-Free plan is extremely generous, there are NO refunds given on the Smart plan for any circumstance.

However you may easily cancel your AlbertCRM service anytime simply by clicking the cancel button within the "Settings" section within your AlbertCRM user-interface. By doing this your data will be deleted.


- You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

- You must be 16 years or older to use this Service.

- You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

- An account may only be used by one person – a single account shared by multiple people is NOT permitted.

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account log in information and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

- You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs within your account (even if Content is posted by others).

- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.

- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any of these agreements may result in the termination of your Account.


We may communicate with you via email from time to time. We will also post updates within your AlbertCRM account from time to time.

We keep some data and statics on our user base — like county of registration etc... The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web pages and the quality of our service, and is NOT shared with or sold to other organisations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

- It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Policies, or as otherwise required by law.

- We transfer information about you if AlbertCRM is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, we will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies may be required to use the AlbertCRM service.

You are required to log-out of your AlbertCRM account after each session, or after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account content.

Also to protect your data, you should also log-out and clear cookies/cache when you are accessing the service on public or shared computers.

Although we own the data storage, databases and all rights to the AlbertCRM application, you retain all rights to your data.

While we use adequate safety precautions to protect your data, you agree to use the service at your own risk.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in your AlbertCRM account by placing a notice when you log in.

1. We reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently), the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

2. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
